From the classic to the modern, Amsterdam has a wide variety of hotels – 370 in all. While you are free to pick a hotel of your choosing, let us make a few suggestions. We have secured rooms in three hotels: Inntel Hotel Amsterdam, Renaissance Amsterdam Hotel and DoubleTree by Hilton.
The Inntel Hotel
The Inntel Hotel in Amsterdam Centre is our main conference hotel. We selected the Inntel for its cozy Amsterdam atmosphere. This four star hotel has 239 rooms with luxurious bathroom, satellite TV and Wi-Fi. It’s a five minute walk from Amsterdam Central Station.
Room price is 166 euro per night, including breakfast, Wi-Fi and taxes.
These rates are valid until January 15, 2014 for overnight stays between February 3 – 9. Reservations must be confirmed by providing a valid credit card for guarantee. Cancelation is free of charge until 15:00 CEST, one day before arrival. In case of late cancellation or no show, the first night will be charged.

Renaissance Amsterdam Hotel
This five star hotel is located at a perfect spot in the heart of downtown Amsterdam, offering a combination of comfort with easy access to sights, restaurants and pubs.
Room price is 180 euro per night, including breakfast, Wi-Fi and taxes.
These rates are valid until December 8, 2013 for overnight stays between February 4 – 9. Reservations must be confirmed by a deposit payment of the total amount. Cancelation is free of charge until December 8, 2013. In case of late cancellation or no show, the entire envisaged stay will be charged.

The DoubleTree by Hilton
This modern hotel is just a stone’s throw from Central Station. Enjoy the stunning views of Amsterdam from the ninth floor restaurant.
Room price is 209 euro per night, including breakfast, Wi-Fi and taxes.
These rates are valid until January 3, 2014 for overnight stays between February 3 – 9. Reservations must be confirmed by providing a valid credit card for guarantee. Cancelation is free of charge until 48 hours prior to arrival date. In case of late cancellation or no show, the entire envisaged stay will be charged.

Other ways to find a place to stay
The main conference venue is close to the Amsterdam city centre. Social events will take place in the city center. It’s advisable to book a room in the area called ‘Oude centrum’ (Old town) or ‘Grachtengordel’ (Canal district).

Amsterdam is easy to get around
The center of Amsterdam is compact. You can walk from one end to the other in about an hour. Driving is not recommended unless you are familiar with the strict traffic restrictions.
Luckily Amsterdam has an excellent public transport system: trams, buses, metro and trains. By far, the most Dutch option is to rent a bike!
